Head Of Sales – Iberia



  • Reporting to the General Management of the company, the mission of the position will be to maximize the occupancy of the company’s coworking centers through swift commercialization, taking responsibility for the business profitability by proactively seeking and closing agreements, as well as managing the sales team in each region.


  • Supervision of all commercial operations at centers located in Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga, Andorra, and Lisbon.
  • Definition and monitoring of monthly sales targets for the team of center managers to achieve the company’s overall objectives.
  • Control and weekly/monthly reporting of reports according to established KPIs.
  • Proactively open corporate accounts with national and international clients.
  • Responsible for the strategy and analysis of campaigns in conjunction with senior management.
  • Regular contact with Brokers to enhance demand traction.


  • Individuals with sales experience, preferably B2B.
  • University education in Business Administration or a related field. Additional training in sales will be considered a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to prioritize profitability in the profit and loss statement.
  • Experience in lead generation, demand and prospect generation, both online and in-person.
  • Experience in strategy, negotiation, reporting, and leading sales teams.
  • Advanced level of English. Knowledge of Portuguese will be valued.
  • Availability for weekly travel required.
  • Possession of a driver’s license and own car is a plus.
