Business Development Manager

What is the position about?


As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the Monday Services project, designed to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the businesses and workers that make up our community spread across Monday’s 12 assets: 10 in Spain, 1 in Andorra, and 1 in Portugal 😎


Your goal will be to secure new sources of revenue by promoting our network of services for businesses and the Monday community. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to achieve the commercial objectives established by the company’s management.


What profile are we looking for?


  • 4 years of previous experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong competence in identifying and evaluating business opportunities.
  • Exceptional skills in sales strategy and negotiation.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with strategic clients and partners.
  • Skills in planning and managing projects from start to finish.
  • Proactive attitude and ease of working effectively in a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analysis software.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Availability to travel. Espanya i Portugal. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree in Sales Management or Marketing.
  • Languages: Catalan, Spanish, and English. Complete competencies.


What will I do?


  • Implementing commercial strategies for promoting Monday Services, as well as executing the sales process of our services to businesses and the Monday community.
  • Identifying the needs of our business partners and the Monday community, detecting business opportunities.
  • Monitoring the provision of our services, coordinating different internal teams and external providers, ensuring the quality of these services.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with companies and workers who use the services, collecting feedback, and adjusting the strategy to meet the needs of the community.
  • Defining and monitoring KPIs to measure the impact of the services, seeking ways to improve and expand the service offerings.
